Tall Grass on Kepler 22b and cookies gotten from Cookie Rocks have no texture

Description of Issue(Required)
[Description of the issue] When mined, tall grass and cookie rock cookies have no texture.
Steps to Reproduce Issue(Required)
- [First step] Get to Kepler 22b
- [Second step] Mine tall grass from any of the biomes that have it with shears, and mine cookie rocks for cookies.
