[1.12.2] Errors when having blank lines within the config for the items to be considered a Space Suit

Description of Issue(Required)
[A player landed on the moon and was disconnected, now the player can't connect on the server.]
Steps to Reproduce Issue(Required)

Hi, now it seems to work (which means we can go on the moon without being permanently disconnected), however, now the game consumes all the resources of both all players (including me) and server when someone goes on a planet, there are TPS problems, the gravity is the same as earth, the game freezes everytime we load a chunk, the oxygen/pressure/radiation bar doesn't show up on planets (I've tested the moon and mars)... It's very weird, is there something we can do to fix this ?
Not sure first ive heard of anything like that. Glad your config issue is still fixed im going to leave this open to remind me to add a bypass for blank lines in the config so it doesn't happen for anyone else.
