Crash when disabling certain Tools/Items config options but not others.

Description of Issue
Failed to load "The 1.12.2 Pack" after it crashed loading ExtraPlanets during the startup

Additional Information
Pack has been working fine for weeks, just suddenly started to fail the loading process.
Thanks i know the issue here and will fix for ExtraPlanets mod, but talking with the pack owner of the The 1.12.2 Pack he confirms the config options that would cause this issue are different to what they would need to be to trigger this crash. Please reinstall the mod pack to get the correct config files :P
