Description of Issue

I was trying to finish my basic machine collection when I made a Densifier. It worked fine for the first few seconds, but every time I interacted with the block it would cut me out of the menu, and it would rotate. If I broke the block, a "ghost block" would remain, and I couldn't walk into it. If I placed anything else to where the Densifier once was, the block would change into a Densifier and when broken, would drop 2 machines, effectively duplicating it. I tried placing the Densifier in many different orientations and positions to hopefully alleviate the bug, but nothing worked. I finally settled on placing it on top of a Heavy Aluminum Wire to see of that would fix it, but the server immediately crashed. Every time I rejoin the server, it causes errors and crashes before I can join.

Steps to Reproduce Issue 1

  1. [First step] Place a Densifier.
  2. [Second step (Optional)] Interact with it.
  3. [Third Step] Break the Densifier. A ghost block is created.
  4. [Fourth Step] Place any block in the old position of the Densifier.
  5. [Fifth Step] Break the new Densifier to duplicate the machine.

Steps to Reproduce Issue 2

  1. [First step] Place a Densifier on top of a Heavy Aluminum Wire
  2. [Second step] Interact with it or wait a while.
  3. [Third Step] The server crashes and will no longer function properly.

Version of Mod using (PLEASE DONT USE 'Latest' OR 'Newest'): [1.12.2-0.7.2]

Where did this bug happen: [Client Hosted Server (server.jar file on computer)]

Additional Information

[I recreated the setup in a single player world, and the ghost block bug remained. It didn't crash my game, so I assume it must be a server-side issue. Despite all this, a very specific orientation of the Densifier allowed it to work properly.]
