Unknown Java/Graphics Errors/Crashing

Description of Issue

[after playing some time the game Will suddenly crash It works fine with only galacticcraft but adding extra planets causes the crash to happen(assumimg pojavlauncher is used]

Steps to Reproduce Issue

1. [Just adding galacticcraft,and extra planets (with its related mods like micdoodlecore n such ]
2. [after playing some time, the game Will randomly crash (assumimg pojavlauncher is used]

Where did this bug happen: [Single Player]

Additional Information

[not sure if it might help but i was playing it on pojavlauncher Basicly it allows you to play Java on android and acts Just like the normal java launcher but on mobile Every latestlog.txt Always says the the crash has something to do with ERROR:elf_dynamic_array_reader.h(61)] tag not #found

I Also used optifine and JEI mod but i dont think They are the cause of this crash (crashlog doesnt work For some reason wich is why i use latestlog.txt ]

Please can you include a crash log with no optifine installed

Problem is It doesnt make or show any crash log, even without optifine Altough i do have the lastestlog without optifine https://pastebin.com/TKmA63WZ

I think the issue is PojavLauncher. Its probably assigning a dependency or something incorrectly.
