Space Suit Breaking at 0 Power

Description of Issue

When the space suit (tier 1 in this instance) hits 0 GCj power, it has a chance to break from any damage

Steps to Reproduce Issue

1. Drain power in Extra Planets space suit to 0
2. Take damage

MC 1.12.2 & 1.11.2 & 1.10.2 Update have released, MC 1.8.9 update are delayed due a issue
