Remove Atmospheres on certain moons

Description of Issue

[Description of the issue] im not sure if its a bug but phobos, deimos, callisto, ganymede, titania, ceres and oberon shouldnt have atmospheres, like on moon, you should be able to see stars from them, they shouldnt be some gray atmoshperes

Thank you i have added config that you can enable to change these, it will be on by default but will allow someone to go back to old ones if they wanted :P
