Setting fuel injection rate Mekanism v9+ Reactor program

Hi

i am on a server where my reactor gets unloaded with server restarts an the like which resets the fuel injection rate. would it be possible if you can add to the code a way to set the fuel injection rate and the code to keep it at that level
