Merge overlay repos

Your forks used in the overlay repos are significantly out-of-date. For example, Kimera-RPGO is 149 commits behind the upstream master. These commits include important fixes like compilation errors. Could you please do some maintenance so this repo can build?

Work on this kind of stalled 4 years ago, and I've long moved onto other projects. But PRs are welcome, as I'd still help review.
