What's the actual state of this package?
Hey guys, whats the actual state of this package? Is it working, at least a part, or still in development? I'm really interested in this port because I want to use ros2 for my project.
The latest progress of this ROS2 port is captured in https://github.com/MIT-SPARK/Kimera-VIO-ROS2/pull/5 . It currently has about the same front end interface for consuming sensor messages and returning odom and tf frames; still missing some of the more advanced backend outputs like meshes or debug images. It's also still using a few upstream forked dependencies, as I've been waiting on PRs that resolve some of the build system issues. The README in the PR for more info, and give it a try.
