No "logout" button

There does not appear to be a logout button for PhysioNet. To find out how to logout, the user has to navigate to the "Login or Create Account" page (not an obvious place to look), which explains that "to logout, simply close your web browser".

If I want to logout without closing my browser, I am asked to "click here, and enter a blank password", which essentially asks me to go to the login page and then enter an incorrect password, which is odd.
