Display training and DUA status in the event management table for an event

As mentioned in #2174, it would be a good idea to add a column for training status and whether or not the user has signed the DUA for the dataset being used. In order to have full access, these two requirements + credential status are required. Currently, we display credential status, however, it would make sense to also display training + DUA. This will make it easier for the event host to pinpoint why a user is being delayed in full approval, as they can see which steps have not been completed yet.
