Display "metrics" button to authors of published projects

We currently display some metrics on project views/accesses in the admin console. We should try to display some of these metrics to the authors of published projects. e.g. as a simple step, we could display a count of unique data accesses for credentialed projects. The button could be displayed next to projects at: https://physionet.org/projects/
