Make Jupyter notebooks web executable

Binder (http://mybinder.org/) can be used to make notebooks web executable. Setting this up on the repository would allow people to participate in workshops without any installation requirements.

Various changes will need to be made to the repo to get things working properly (adding requirements to the requirements.txt file, setting the database connection, etc).
