Getting started locally MIMIC-IV

Can we have a page for MIMIC-IV similar to the getting started page for MIMIC-III? The instructions on this page: Installing MIMIC-III in a local Postgres database on Windows are pretty elaborate for MIMIC-III but don't work for MIMIC-IV.
