Derived tables documentation

Documentation issues only

Would be nice to have some documentation for the derived tables that are accessible through Google BigQuery.

Agreed, we would like to provide more information about the derived tables on the website but can't provide a timeline for doing so since there are a number of higher priority issues. In the meantime you can review the technical details around the creation of the tables here: https://github.com/MIT-LCP/mimic-code/tree/main/mimic-iv/concepts .
