BucketNotFoundException GCP Bucket not found

Steps to reproduce

Follow README for GCP:

Run:

gsutil ls gs://mimiciii-1.4.physionet.org

Issue

BucketNotFoundException: 404 gs://mimiciii-1.4.physionet.org bucket does not exist.

This is despite having all the permissions and GCP configs set to correct credentials

@bipin-lekhak , that documentation needs to be updated as we no longer provide a bucket for the MIMIC-III tables. You can still access the tables from the PhysioNet project page or on BigQuery.
