note_ids in MIMIC-IV-Note and MIMIC-IV-ECG seem to be different

I'm tring to link between a waveform from MIMIC-IV-ECG and the free-text note in the MIMIC-IV-Note module via waveform_note_links.csv, however, the note_ids in different modules seem to be different.
