Note that there are no chartevents with itemid = 220560 in MIMIC IV v 3..0. Also, there are no chartevents with itemid = 229372, and only 249 chartevents with itemid = 229374. So, the itemids with errors you point to can simply be ignored. I also checked in earlier versions, 0.4, 1.0, 2.0, and 2.2 and in MIMIC III v 1.4, with similar results.
