Question regarding date de-identification in MIMIC-IV

Hi We are very interested in influenza vaccination issues where the season at which patients are admitted is important to us. According to MIMIC-III documentation: "The date shifting preserved the following:...Seasonality - a measurement made during the winter months will appear during a winter month" (https://mimic.mit.edu/docs/iii/about/time/#date-shifting). MIMIC-III retains the patient's season. However, I do not see this statement in the MIMIC-IV documentation (https://mimic.mit.edu/docs/iv/about/concepts/). Therefore, I would like to know whether MIMIC-IV retains the approximate season of the patient or whether the season for most patients is still accurate? If not, is there any other way to determine the season of the patients? Thank you for your clarification. Best regards
