I’m currently preparing a manuscript using the MIMIC-IV database and received reviewer comments that require clarification on two points:

Ethics Approval Dates: Could you please provide the exact dates of ethics approval from the Institutional Review Boards at both the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Protocol No. 0403000206) and BIDMC (Protocol No. 2001-P-001699/14)?

Study Period: Could you clarify the specific study period covered in the database? For example, what are the exact start and end dates in 2008 and 2019?

Any assistance or pointers to the relevant documentation would be greatly appreciated.

Just to clarify, my study is based on MIMIC-IV version 2.2.
