How to find out whether a patient's cardiac arrest (CA) occurred in or outside the hospital?

I did not find any relevant information in the ED, HOSP and ICU modules. I tried to determine by time or transfer, but could not find any useful information. For example, the cardiac arrest itself may occur outside the hospital and then be admitted to the hospital or ICU.
