About patients urine output data

Prerequisites

Hi, we are looking for urine output data from OUTPUTEVENTS table of MIMIC III, especially output volumn (mL or ml/kg/hr). We figure out that some patients has double data in the same CHARTTIME. For example, equal SUBJECT_ID, equal HADM_ID, equal ICUSTAYS, equal CHARTTIME and equal LABEL(This is name of ITEMID) has different value and CGID in the following figure. What happen in this data?
