MIMIC3: ICU stays without physician notes

Description

In MIMIC-3, we are conducting an NLP task and have come across a rather large group of HADM_IDs that have no corresponding notes of CATEGORY=='Physician', despite a discharge summary that claims a long hospital stay and a long ICU stay (see, for example, HADM_ID==123032). We have attached a CSV with over 7000 examples, though there are likely more examples (these are just the examples relevant to the NLP task we are attempting).

We are concerned this may represent incomplete data in the MIMIC-III database, as it seems implausible that a patient would have a several day ICU stay without an admission note, progress notes, or nursing notes. Any insight appreciated
