Labevents value changes from numbers to words such as none and sm. What do these mean?

Description

I'm looking at the data in labevents, I was expecting numeric type values like <0.1 but I was not expecting MOD, OCC, TR and the like. What do all of these abbreviations mean? I couldn't find these in the documentation. Thanks
