Hi,

we have used 5 blood count measures of MIMIC-III and MIMIC-IV to verify an algorithm trained with own data. For interpretation it would be helpful to get methodic/assay/analyzer data on these laboratory tests Is it possible to retrieve data about the used analyzers for these? 51222 (Hemoglobin, g/dL, Blood, Hematology, LOINC 718-7) 51250 (MCV, fL, Blood, Hematology, LOINC 787-2) 51265 (Platelet Count, K/uL, Blood, Hematology, LOINC 777-3) 51279 (Red Blood Cells, m/uL, Blood, Hematology, LOINC 789-8) 51301 (White Blood Cells, K/uL, Blood, Hematology, LOINC 804-5)

It would even help to know the manufacturer (Sysmex, Beckman Coulter, Abbott...). I haven't found any useful information on the BIDMC website as there is no overview of laboratory tests.

Thanks for the help Martin
