Some blood gas items are not considered in blood_gas_first_day.sql (MIMIC-III)

Description

Currently, blood_gas_first_day.sql in MIMIC-III doesn't use the following items in D_LABITEMS table that looks to be related to blood gases. Is it intentional or should we add these items?
