could not find LVEF(left ventricular ejection fraction) in eICU

I would like to know where is the LVEF in the eICU table. And the BNP, CKMB, and Tropnin data were in the Lab table, but there were many missing patients. Is it possible that these data are in different tables?

Check the nursecare and nursecharting tables. There is a high degree of variation in the output, so there is likely some that have been held back because they have not been cleared from PHI.

As for the lab tests, I think this is to be expected, as not every critical care patient will receive them -- only those with particular diagnoses. Is the proportion with these tests higher, when, for example, you only look at patients with an MI?

Thank you for answer. But I couldn't find LVEF data in nursecharting and nursecare table.

I am checking data from patients with cardiogenic shock. CKMB, Troponin, and BNP data of patients with cardiogenic shock in the eICU data were missing a lot.
