The website builds with HUGO v0.83.1 (with a release date of May. 2021). The newer version of HUGO doesn't seem to support the current theme. With error messages like:

 render of “page” failed: execute of template failed: template: _default/single.html:1:3: executing “_default/single.html” at <partial “header.html” .>: error calling partial:

When testing locally, please use the same version of HUGO.
