Skin color/temp assessment

Hi,

We are working on a project looking at documentation of skin mottling on routine nursing assessment in critical care units. Within eICU we've found skin color/temp assessment within Nursing assessment/cardiovascular, but curiously we only have data from 12 out of 208 hospitals (with the remainder not having any data in the same field) and not all patients within each of those hospitals. Looking at details of the 12 hospitals we haven't found any obvious reasons why these have data while the others do not. Similarly, no obvious differences between those with skin assessment data and those who do not within each hospital. Are you able to shed any light on this?

Do you mean you can see the field and it's left blank, or you return no relevant records/rows in those hospitals?

It's the latter - no records/rows in those other hospitals, and also there are no rows for some patients among the 12 hospitals that return some rows.
