Surgery time

Hi Alistair! I am working on patients with coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). I found many patients with CABG records in the "Treatment" table (treatmentoffset > 0) came from the "Operating room" (unitadmitsource). So I wonder where and when did they receive CABG, before or after the unit admission? Is it possible to have surgery during the ICU stay or they received surgery in the operating room and transferred to the current ICU? Thank you for your help! @alistairewj @
