missing python-dateutil

Hello MISP-team,

1st, thanks for the great work you're doing. I love MISP. :-)

While having trouble using the docker file, I found that I had to add python-dateutil at line 43 to be installed with apt in the web/Dockerfile to install and run correctly.

Maybe you'd like to verify and adjust accordingly.

Hi, many thanks for the report. I think you'll find that the latest version is working okay now - could you check please and report back if you still see a problem?

(Background: There is now a more up to date base image, and we have moved to python 3 based packages)
