I am having problems with getting the containers to build. Loading composer repositories with package information

[Composer\Downloader\TransportException] The "https://packagist.org/packages.json" file could not be downloaded: SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages: error:1408F10B:SSL routines:ssl3_get_record:wrong version number Failed to enable crypto failed to open stream: operation failed

Any help on this would be great.

Have got passed this now. But now I get the error [RuntimeException] SHA384 is not supported by your openssl extension, could not verify the phar file integrity

Hi, the image has now been changed to Ubuntu Bionic. You might find that has fixed the problem already for you. Would you be able to retest?
