CSV Import Error

I am getting the following error when trying to import csv files.

UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xc1 in position 578: invalid start byte

I already saw this king of issue for one misp module I made and I am pretty sure I know where it comes from, do you have any example you can share so I can test it ?
