update malpedia-galaxy with fetch_malpedia.sh so it shouldn`t be run in some errors

@adulau dosent know, whats went wrong. fetch_malpedia.sh make all checkups known to me

./del_duplicate_uuids.py ../clusters/malpedia.json

I did some rewrite of the malpedia misp output with some additional scripts in 2cd723e2f1e4e1502aa29512aff239a87d5cddae
