2 templates examples in examples/load_csv.py

Change the example to show how to parse a csv with several templates.

It might be helpful to start with a CSV file that can be consumed by examples/load_csv.py as is today, I'm surprised there isn't one yet.

There was one in the test suite, I added it in the comments of the example script.
