Vulnerability for Octis Dependency (scitkit-learn 1.1.0)

Hello,

I would like to use Octis for a work project, however because of a known vulnerability to scitkit-learn 1.1.0, my request to install Octis is being denied by my admins.

If possible, can allow for the latest version of scitkit-learn on installation?
