Feature Request: Set number of epochs as a parameter

Hi,

the title says it all. I would love to have a new terminal parameter where I can limit the number of epochs as a parameter. A few people had this problem before, as one can see when looking into the closed issues section.

Furthermore it would be a great deal if one could have better options to paramaterize the trainer. Find some inspiration here: https://lightning.ai/docs/pytorch/stable/common/trainer.html
