long time writing to disk

seems like segmentation task is finished (taking less than a minute) as it shows: "done with ...", but for a long time (half and hour) it remains in this stage and no results is written on disk. Screenshot 2024-04-08 155415 any advice?

I also have the same when deploying nnUNet on cloud (Azure). the whole time from reading image to writing segmentation is around 25 minutes. it comprises of: -~5 mins compute resource start -~3 mins the segmentation and sending to background for resampling -~12 mins for resampling and export.

my question is there something I'm missing here, because I guess resampling and export process is taking too long?
