DL projects cooperation

Hello, I don't have an issue with nnUNet, rather inquiry. I work with plant MRI and used nnUNet for seed segmentation. It performs amazingly, especially when it learns a lot from a relatively small amount of training samples. Are there projects or areas of developing segmentation systems like nnUnet where other people can participate in order to get more experience in DL, obtain good coding and debugging practices, etc.? In the biology domain, there is still a scarcity of data to experiment with various DL techniques, so it would be beneficial to cooperate with the medical community when results can be suitable for all — for example, developing a Segment Anything Model for 3D MRI data. In the biology research group, I'm the only one dealing with DL and have to cooperate with somebody to maintain and develop skills. Can anybody suggest anything? Please let me know if this inquiry is out of format here. I won't mind closing it then.
