Dear @patricio-astudillo ,

thank you for your PR, we planning to bump the nnU-Net version in our next release which will incorporate the proposed changes (the augmentations and configurations need to be updated as well for full adaptation to the next 1.7.1 version of nnU-net).

Dear @mibaumgartner, Thanks for your response. Looking forward to the next release since I'm experiencing some instability of nnDetection (e.g. multi-fold training needs to be done per fold otherwise there is a crash after the first fold which mentions a dying worker). Best regards, Patricio
