want to try on brain dataset of 40 patients with 3 follow up time points ( glioblastoma)

Hi team, I recently read the paper and it is very intriguing and informative.Congratulations on the acceptance. I am curious to use this for my dataset. I currently have 40 patients of Glioblastoma which include 3- 6 follow up timepoints (that is until the first recurrence occurs). My plan is to unerstand the temporal analysis on these scans i have, can we connect or can y'all guide me on how should I proceed. Thank you!
