Why twice crop in Brats example?

Hi Fabian,

First thanks all your team for the great job developing this package!

I have a doubt. In the brats2017_dataloader_3D.py example you implement in the generate_train_batch method, inside you load patient and seg and crop it. But after, when pass BraTS2017DataLoader3D to MultiThreaderAugmenter with SpatialTransforms, inside its transforms also the data is cropped. Aren't you cropping twice when could you do once only?
