Paired-sample analysis

Hello everyone!

I need to perform a paired-sample analysis with Tractometry command on the same individuals tested in two different experimental conditions.

As far as I know, it is possible to modify the script substituting independent t-test with paired t-test. However, I am wondering if there are any other features should be set. For instance, should .txt file with subjects' IDs and socio-demographic variables (gender and age) be modified in some way? Would it be fine to report twice subjects' data as follows?

sub001_base 1 45 sub002_base 0 24 sub003_base 1 19 sub001_followup 1 45 sub002_followup 0 24 sub003_followup 1 19
