Bundle segmentations ok, but TOM trackings absent

Hi all,

I was running TractSeg on a clinical subject, and while bundle segmentations outputted binary masks of all tracts, TOM trackings failed to track several tracts outputting no streamlines at all (bilaterally). The binary segmentations of these tracts look ok. The ending segmentations as well (although the end mask of the AF in the left hemisphere only, for example, is missing). Has anybody come across such a problem before?
