Nibabel 4.0.0 no longer contains trackvis (Saturday 18 June 2022)

Hi all,

I ran into an issue with the new update to nibabel. It no longer contains the trackvis API. This broke TractSeg.

downgrading to nibabel 3.2.2 fixes the issue. I use mamba (conda will work as well)

mamba install nibabel=3.2.2

Thank you, I encountered the same issue and fixed it as you suggested. However, in addition to that, I also had to downgrade dipy to version 1.4.1 (instead of version 1.5.0).
