some series have no .nrrd files

hello, thanks very much for your work, when i used your code to process the ct series in lidc, some ctr series can not yield the .nrrd files, did you meet such problems? such as LIDC-IDRI-0001 and LIDC-IDRI-0002~thanks, waiting for your reply.

I have exactly the same problem, it did not convert the whole LIDC dataset to nrrd, any updates on this issue ?
