Pre-fill options with SickRage defaults in "Add show"

I had a look at what information I have access from SickRage API. I can get the default episode status and show quality (both preferred and allowed). But the quality picker needs to be improved to support custom quality configuration. So until this is implemented, I won't work on this. Hope I won't delay it too much.
