mg-rast-tool vs mg-rast web page. Why such differences?

Hi, I'm using mg-rast-tool in order to download KO abundance at level1. I ran as follows:

mg-abundant-functions.py --user myuser --passwd mypassword --token mykey --id  "mgmxxxxxxx.3" --level level1 --source KO --evalue 5

I obtained the following counts:

Metabolism	48612
Genetic Information Processing	22250
Environmental Information Processing	13663
Cellular Processes	3482
Human Diseases	749
Organismal Systems	366

However, if I take a look to the same sample within the mg-rast web tool I found the following

As you can see the counts look different. Where is the problem? How should I do to get the same web page results?
