This allows us to use FreeType to render Imgui's fonts as well, which looks a lot better.

This shouldn't be merged yet, it's just for information.

The size of this changeset has ballooned. I wish it were mergeable, but errors remain to be worked out in dependency resolution.

This is stuck on https://github.com/imgui-rs/imgui-rs/pull/582 and eventual crates.io release of it in 0.8.x…

imgui is deprecated and not part of the build as of MFEKglif v2.0.0b.
